Pimento Cheese

Don’t change much if anything on this one. It is a ‘looser’ recipe, but popular with pita chips here.
- 1 (8 oz) block sharp cheddar cheese (grate course)
- 1 (8 oz) block extra sharp cheddar cheese (grate fine)
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 (4 oz) jar pimientos, (partially drain)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce- 1 tsp finely grated onion
1/2 tsp red (cayenne) pepper- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños (then dice)
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt (the one with the green stuff in it)
Better the next day. Also good with saltine crackers, smoked sausages and pickles.
